ServiceNow Administrator - Philly Location

The  ServiceNow Administrator has primary responsibility of this position is over manage the ServiceNow application, USI's IT service management system. This responsibility will be in support of all USI offices and clients based nationally throughout the US and must be based on-site at our Philadelphia location.


  • Provide day to day monitoring and management of USI's ServiceNow instances currently including; Incident, Problem Change, Project, Procurement and Facilities
  • Develop new applications to support USI's business needs and maintain existing applications
  • Develop new self-service tools to reduce helpdesk staffing needs
  • Provide ServiceNow training and support to USI user community
  • Develop preventative maintenance programs, disaster recovery plans and redundancy plans. Maintain and test these plans regularly
  • Perform the necessary documentation additions, updates and deletions to the in-house documentation
  • Adhere to the design, programming and application standards as setup by the company

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 3 plus years experience managing ServiceNow and developing applications
  • Prefer ServiceNow Certifications in Administration and Developement
  • Expert Java scripting knowledge
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Orchestration a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or required work experience
